![]() The others tho, R.I.P.ĭidnt see that there was a page what scripts arnt working? Some of Phokz's original pointers didn't work for me as well. They don't die, even tho I already teleported to Firelink Shrine and fell through. Only teleport within the area you are in or short distances.Īpparently the game loads NPCs before loading geometry, which is no problem with static NPCs like the pyromancy dude in Firelink Shrine, since they apparently don't have gravitation/physics enabled while being inactive and/or fixed positions. Since all these NPCs do not have a revive flag in the table and I am too unknowledgeable to do this myself, BEWARE of using the teleport. Siegmeyer apparently fell through the ground when I tried to teleport to Andre after Siegmeyer entered the Fortress, Patches died before I even encountered him, Knight Lautrec's loot appeared after he already vanished, and last but not least, the most gamebreaking, Ingward seems to have died without leaving his loot anywhere, leading to me being forced to cheat in the Key so the savegame was not totally broken, moreso than it already was. Had to learn that the hard way with 4 NPCs already, whose loot suddenly appeared in the Firelink Shrine. If the area you teleport to is not loaded and contains one of the moving quest NPCs, they too, will fall through the world and die. Teleporting over longer distances leaves the area unloaded and you will just fall through the world to your death. The teleport function works with some extreme caveats. If you’d like to learn more about how to do illegitimate things (sometimes particularly rude things!), there are multiple places to do so, but I’m going to try not to be one of them.Just so everybody is careful and does not do the same mistake I did: ![]() I would, however, like to divert any blame for malicious cheating that may happen from myself because I’ve explicitly gone out of my way not to mention how to use it for such purposes. I understand that Cheat Engine is a gateway thing and by introducing people to the CE Trainer, I’m giving them the means to cheat for malicious purposes. Good luck, I hope this helped!ĮDIT: And a quick pre-emptive P.S. If the name of the item changes in the ‘current item’ list, then it worked! The newly transmuted item will be placed in the appropriate slot in your inventory and then you can use it! A quick note: Armor and Weapons will have 0 durability if they are transmuted from a non-armor or non-weapon item, so be sure to change the durability as well. Sometimes it might take a few clicks for it to correctly replace. Type in the name of an item (or select it from the drop-down list) and click ‘Replace Item’. To open up TechnoJacker’s wonderful item replacer lua table! So that you have a large amount of the item to spare:ĭrop all but one of the item (in this case my Rubbish) so that you don’t transmute ALL of that item into the new one. Here’s where I suggest you take an item such as Rubbish: Until you highlight an item in your inventory, the values will all read ‘?’. Now, in the trainer, navigate to the following menu. The far easier way is to just ‘transmute’ an item into another. Start the save with the character you will be giving an item, open your inventory (NOT from the equipment loadout screen!), and highlight the item you would like to change.Ī quick note: It’s much, much more difficult to straight-up give yourself an item. So the first thing you should see when you open the trainer is this. It’s very important you do it in that order or else the Cheat Engine program might not properly hook to Dark Souls’ executable, and then it won’t work! ![]() If it asks you to run any lua scripts, click ‘yes to all’. ![]() When you’ve downloaded them both, run the game, then open up the CETrainer file. They are both always up to date (thanks to Cheat Engine forums user Technojacker). You’ll have to figure that out on your own!įirst, grab the Dark Souls CE script and CE Trainer from this link. Click ‘Read More’ to learn how! A quick note: This will not show you how to make super elite non-legitimate +15 crystal greatswords that curse and teleport people to the abyss. I do have time to do it now! Here’s a quick rundown of how to use Cheat Engine to turn one item into another (non-PC players, avert your eyes).
